I'm running because Last year's One Run was life-changing. I'm running to honor my friend Roseann Sdoia, who survived the second blast at the 2013 Boston Marathon, losing her right leg above the knee. Roseann has inspired me through the Providence Rock and Roll Half, the ING Hartford Marathon, the Fall River Half, and the ING New York City Marathon! This year, Roseann inspires my 2014 Boston Marathon run in support of the Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, where Roseann's ruptured right eardrum was skin grafted and rebuilt. Roseann also inspires me through my second go with One Run For Boston. I wouldn't miss One Run 2 for the world!
